What Makes Core 3 Health Unique?

Optimized health isn’t just about supplements. It’s about a thoughtful approach to maximizing metabolism, aging with energy and supporting your vitality. It is also about supporting the body’s natural rhythm. You are a symphony of nutrient signals, sleep cues and hormonal cycles. Modern life has us ignore these biological cues, so we have fallen out of rhythm – creating disruption in our response to stress, physical and mental demands, food cravings and healthy weight. We need to rebuild from the ground up and recreate a total body approach to health and longevity. Not all supplements are created equal. You can have the best nutrients, botanicals and amino acids in your wellness supplements, but if those nutrients cannot reach the needed areas of the body and deliver the critical nutrients – concentrated and ready to do the job of healthy metabolism – then you may not get the results you are seeking. CORE 3 Health offers a 1-2-3 step regimen, created with Isotonix OPC-3, Isotonix Magnesium and Prime Anti-Aging Nutraceuticals® NAD+ to target three primary pillars of daily health.RESTORE. REBUILD. RESET. Step one: Wake up feeling RESTORED. Isotonix OPC-3 and Isotonix Magnesium contribute to total body balance. OPC’s act like the body’s courier, delivering a healthy flow of blood to the body and, with it, oxygen to tissues. Your muscles, brain, heart and beyond depend on sufficient oxygen to sustain function. Oxygen is the linchpin in promoting the health of the cell and subsequently oxidative balance within the body. Why do you care about creating oxidative balance? Because the aging process, regular fitness, diet, detoxification and even your sleep habits all contribute to the production of free radicals that are associated with the development of metabolic and age-related concerns too many of us accept as “normal.” Excessive production of free radicals may accelerate the aging process and may even be the reason you do not wake up feeling ready to tackle your day. You have heard the saying “get up and get your blood pumping,” and that is the power of Pycnogenol®± in Isotonix OPC-3. It moves blood throughout the body and neutralizes the body of accumulated free radicals. For healthy metabolism, a balance between these two forces is needed. Too much of one creates a metabolic imbalance for the other. Why You Need Antioxidants Now, Not Later

  1. Because most of us don’t get enough of what we need from our regular diet alone, identifying additional sources of diverse antioxidants can support normal and healthy physiological processes that occur within the body.
  2. Adequate detoxification, fitness, sleep and stress support require a balance of both free radical creation and antioxidant quenching.
  3. For optimal health, including energy, healthy body composition and cognitive health, it is important to start early and assist your cellular defense system.

You want to start your day ready to combat free radicals and eradicate factors that spend your oxygen. OPC’s are powerful free radical scavengers, and sufficient oxygen is at the root of how they work. In addition, Isotonix OPC-3 is a great source of polyphenols (a type of antioxidant found in dark berries, nuts and tree barks). Polyphenols are critical for the balance of the body’s gut metabolism as well as its response to immune and endocrine (hormonal) balance. This makes Isotonix OPC-3 pair perfectly with Isotonix Magnesium for a healthy start to your day.Magnesium is the body’s electrician and plays a critical role in sending the right energy and nutrient signals through the body. Magnesium is involved in the creation of a healthy balance of neurotransmitters within the brain, the creation of ATP (metabolic energy) within the cell targeting healthy muscle contraction and relaxation throughout the body and support for maintaining blood pressure and blood sugar levels within healthy ranges. These are all the targets for healthy aging. While OPC’s clear the way for healthy cells by bringing oxygen to the tissue and neutralizing free radicals, magnesium is working on a “systems check” throughout the body and confirming the health of our body. Magnesium turns on systems to support healthy brain function, blood sugar balance and cardiovascular performance. With the introduction of OPC’s and magnesium in the morning, you send potent nutrient signals to your heart, endocrine system and muscles for optimal function. By taking these two products together in the morning you are creating a synergy for production of sufficient energy and balance of blood sugar and neurotransmitter activity. In addition, the body may process and utilize nutrients like magnesium more efficiently after an overnight fast and when taken in divided amounts during the day. Step two: REBUILD with Prime NAD+. NAD is the body’s architect, responsible for building a strong and well-thought-out blueprint for how your cells function and what instructions you give the rest of the body. These instructions are rooted in your DNA, and the quality of those instructions, or gene expression, is rooted in NAD production in the body. The coenzyme NAD is found in nearly every cell in our bodies. It plays a crucial role in maintaining cellular regeneration and healthy aging while supporting metabolic health in the face of aging and lifestyle factors. As we age and are exposed to metabolic stressors such as processed food, excess sugar, lack of fitness and lack of healthy sleep, our natural production of NAD declines, especially in energy-dependent cells. On the flip side, research indicates that individuals with higher health scores or healthier metabolic markers tend to have higher levels of NAD production, when compared to those with lower health scores.NAD is the currency of energy in your body’s cells. It’s about transforming your energy, remodeling the cell for healthy aging and preserving the healthy messaging our cells received in our younger years to create or maintain a healthy body in later years. Just like your finances, investing in health today creates a better future. NAD keeps your body’s cells in proper balance: NAD drives our bodies toward optimal functioning by taking old or less functional components in a cell and recycling them; it’s like turning back the clock on aging by supporting your skin, brain and body to remain youthful. The essence of vitality and the promise of youth, Prime NAD+ delivers pure nicotinamide riboside and pterostilbene, ensuring your body receives the best in cellular care.We need the architect to redirect our cells and their instructions to follow a healthy plan because life tends to get in the way: we overwhelm our natural rhythms, or worse, we send the wrong signals at the wrong time of the day. We ignore signals to rest our body and our brain in the pursuit of productivity. We ignore signals to eat or to stop eating. We ignore signals to sleep or exercise on a schedule. By utilizing NAD prior to our mid-day meal, we are able to support its levels in the body as well as influence the role of stress hormones like cortisol that should not be at peak values mid-day. Prolonged peaks of cortisol can disrupt the relationship between glucose and insulin. NAD plays an important role in the balance of glucose and insulin. By using Prime NAD+ in the late morning, you support ongoing activity and energy expenditure by sending a powerful signal to the cell – even when your daily health plan veers off the path.Step three: RESET your clock with Isotonix Magnesium. Magnesium is the body’s electrician. An additional 200 mg (one capful of Isotonix Magnesium) in the evening or before bed allows the body to take steps to rewire and replenish the sleep-wake cycle for the next day. Because your body receives light and dark signals (chronobiology or circadian rhythm), it is also sensitive to deviation from regulation of light and dark signals. When we skip our signals to sleep, or keep the lights on too bright, eat late at night or take our digital devices to bed, we are disrupting a healthy rhythm in the body that is necessary for processes like reaching deep sleep, waking up with a healthy blood sugar response, hormone release, eating habits, digestion and body temperature. Magnesium also happens to be an essential nutrient. Since the body is unable to synthesize magnesium on its own, the mineral must be consumed through diet and thoughtful supplementation. If you cannot make it, you need to take it.Why is it important to take these 3 core products for health?
OPCs (Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins), such as the ones provided in Isotonix OPC-3, are critical for neutralizing toxins found in our environment as well as those created during exercise or due to aging. In combination, Prime NAD+ and Isotonix Magnesium help fuel cellular energy and restoration. Isotonix Magnesium provides magnesium in glycine form, which acts as a driving factor for NAD activity in the body; together, they support cellular energy, help maintain DNA integrity and autophagy (the cleaning out of our cell to create space for remodeling) and quality sleep cycles. That means not only better productivity the next day, but also a body primed to take on everyday hormone stressors. These three products were meticulously designed to meet our body's needs, offering a path to enriched health and youthful aging. From Isotonix OPC-3's unparalleled antioxidant properties to Isotonix Magnesium's broad-spectrum health benefits and Prime NAD+'s cellular rejuvenation: this range redefines supplements. It's not just about taking supplements; it’s about creating a synergistic effect that can profoundly impact one's health and support the total body’s axis. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Key Ingredients

Isotonix OPC-3

Grape Seed Extract (25 mg)
Grape seed extract is typically extracted from the seeds of red grapes (instead of white), which have a high content of compounds known as oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs). Grape seed extract is extremely rich in polyphenols, compounds with high antioxidant activity. Grape seed extract has been found to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.*

Red Wine Extract (25 mg)
Red wine extract is a powerful antioxidant. This extract is found in grape vines, roots, seeds and stalks, with the highest concentration in the skins. The antioxidant properties of red wine extract contribute to maintaining healthy circulation by strengthening capillaries, arteries and veins, and promoting overall cardiovascular health.* In the late 1990s, scientists took note of a phenomenon among the French. There were very low rates of cardiovascular problems in the provinces where residents consistently ate high fat foods and drank red wine. Scientists concluded that the protective properties of red wine have helped the French maintain cardiovascular health for years and subsequent scientific studies have further shown that the OPCs found in red wine are particularly beneficial for protecting the heart and blood vessels.*

Pine Bark Extract (Pycnogenol®) (25 mg)
Pycnogenol®± is a natural plant extract from the bark of the maritime pine tree, which grows exclusively along the coast of southwest France in Les Landes de Gascogne. This unspoiled and natural forest environment is the unique source of pine bark. Pycnogenol is one of the most researched ingredients in the natural product marketplace. Published findings have demonstrated Pycnogenol’s wide array of beneficial effects on the body. Pine bark extract is an all-natural combination of procyanidins, bioflavonoids and organic acids. The extract has three basic properties – it is a powerful antioxidant, selectively binds to collagen and elastin, and promotes the normal production of endothelial nitric oxide, which promotes the normal dilation of blood vessels.*

As one of the most potent natural scavengers of free radicals, Pycnogenol combats many aggressive free radicals before they cause oxidative stress to vital organs. Its super-antioxidant capabilities help support healthy blood platelet activity, support healthy blood glucose levels, reduce mild menstrual cramping and abdominal pain, maintain joint flexibility, promote cardiovascular health, promote healthy sperm quality, maintain healthy cholesterol levels and support a healthy complexion.*

Bilberry Extract (25 mg)
Bilberry extract is derived from the leaves and berry-like fruit of a common European shrub closely related to the blueberry. Extracts of the ripe berry are known to contain flavonoid pigments known as anthocyanins, which are powerful antioxidants. Scientific studies confirm that bilberry extract supports healthy vision and venous circulation. Bilberry extract helps maintain healthy circulation by strengthening capillaries, arteries and veins.*

Citrus Extract (Bioflavonoids) (25 mg)
Bioflavonoids are antioxidants found in certain plants that act as light filters, which protect delicate DNA chains and other important macromolecules by absorbing ultraviolet radiation. They have been found to promote cardiovascular health and help maintain healthy circulation by strengthening capillaries, arteries and veins.*

Prime Anti-Aging Nutraceuticals NAD+

Nicotinamide Riboside (crystalline nicotinamide riboside chloride)
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) levels naturally decline as we age, and lower levels have been linked to various health issues and the aging process itself. Nicotinamide riboside (NR) is a form of vitamin B3 that functions as a precursor to NAD. When consumed, NR undergoes a series of biochemical reactions, transforming into nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), which the body then readily converts into NAD. NAD is a critical coenzyme found in every cell of the body. Its role is to act as a shuttle bus, carrying electrons between molecules in essential steps for many metabolic processes within the cell, namely ATP production – the energy source fueling various cellular functions.

Pterostilbene
Pterostilbene is a naturally occurring compound synthesized in plants. It has a similar structure to the more well-known phenol resveratrol. However, pterostilbene has a longer half-life and the compound has two methoxy groups, giving it a higher bioavailability than resveratrol. Once ingested, it is absorbed into the bloodstream and interacts with various cells and tissues, assisting in several biological pathways. Like resveratrol, pterostilbene has been shown to exhibit antioxidant properties, helping to neutralize harmful free radicals and oxidative stress.

Isotonix Magnesium

Magnesium (Citrate & Glycinate) (400 mg)
Magnesium is a component of the mineralized part of bone and supports the normal metabolism of potassium and calcium in adults. It helps maintain normal levels of potassium, phosphorus, calcium, adrenaline and insulin. It also promotes the normal mobilization of calcium, transporting it inside the cell for further utilization. It plays a key role in supporting the normal functioning of muscle and nervous tissue. Magnesium promotes the normal synthesis of all proteins, nucleic acids, nucleotides, cyclic adenosine monophosphate, lipids and carbohydrates.

Magnesium works together with calcium to help maintain the normal regulation of the heart and blood pressure. Importantly, magnesium also supports the body’s ability to build healthy bones and teeth and promotes proper muscle development. It works together with calcium and vitamin D to help keep bones strong. Magnesium also promotes cardiovascular health by supporting normal platelet activity and helping to maintain normal cholesterol levels.

Potassium (Bicarbonate) (150 mg)
Potassium is an electrolyte stored in the muscles. Foods rich in potassium include bananas, oranges, cantaloupe, avocado, raw spinach, cabbage and celery. Potassium is an essential macromineral that helps maintain fluid balance in the body. It also supports a wide variety of biochemical and physiological processes. Among other things, potassium supports the normal transmission of nerve impulses, contraction of cardiac, skeletal and smooth muscle, synthesis of nucleic acids, maintenance of intracellular tonicity and maintenance of normal blood pressure. In 1928, it was first suggested that high potassium intake could help maintain cardiovascular health. Potassium supports normal muscle relaxation and insulin release. It also promotes glycogen and protein synthesis. Potassium is an electrolyte that promotes normal heartbeat. Potassium supports the body’s ability to regulate water balance, recover from exercise and eliminate wastes.
